Recipe of the Month: Semolina Porridge

Begin each day, the right way.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp cpurse semolina flour
- 300 ml milk (organic, unhomogenised)
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 4 pcs dry roasted cashew nut
METHOD
- Mix the semolina flour with milk, raisins and cinnamon powder in a saucepan.
- Bring to boil, stirring constantly, until the semolina is thick and a porridge consistency.
- Serve in a bowl with cashew nuts on top.
