Recipe of the Month: Semolina Porridge

Breakfast is such a crucial part of your diet, to get the most out of your day, you need to fuel your body with well-balanced and nourishing meals, like our Semolina Porridge.

Begin each day, the right way.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp cpurse semolina flour
  • 300 ml milk (organic, unhomogenised)
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 4 pcs dry roasted cashew nut

METHOD

  1. Mix the semolina flour with milk, raisins and cinnamon powder in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, until the semolina is thick and a porridge consistency.
  3. Serve in a bowl with cashew nuts on top.
