With the colder weather approaching, lemongrass tea is a great drink to incorporate into your routine, designed to warm you up and provide a range of nutrients and health benefits, as we prepare for the Flu Season!

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:


  • 3 lemongrass stalks
  • 5cm slice ginger
  • Mint leaf
  • 400ml water

 

 

Method:


  • Wash the ginger and lemongrass.
  • Peel the ginger then crush the ginger and lemongrass in a mortar and pestle.
  • Add all the ingredients to a saucepan with the water, and bring to the boil.
  • Boil for 15 minutes, then strain.
  • Ready to serve.
