Ojas Drink

Ingredients;

12 blanched almonds

4 Medjool (Californian) Dates – pips removed

½ tsp each of dry ginger powder, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg

1 cup of water

Method;

- Soak all ingredients in water for a few hours

- Blend ingredients together

- Heat mixture on a stove and drink when warm
